Fantastic Raffles Experience!

The rooms are clean and spacious. I found the breakfast superb. The buffet had a large variety, and the a la carte menu provided many options. The staff acted very friendly and helpful. I felt the hotel provided a world-class experience.
The room I had lacked enough charging outlets, which became a slight inconvenience. I had to manage the charging of my devices carefully.

The wellness area offers a gym with common equipment; I noticed it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The outdoor swimming pool area includes about twenty loungers. There is also a shaded section.

the room was clean!!! i had a landmark suite terrace. i appreciated the fast and reliable wifi throughout the hotel. i was also happy with the readily available taxi service right outside the main entrance.
i noticed a slight delay in the room service during peak hours, a bit of a wait for my late-night snack.

my rooms shower had dark buildup. staff claimed they checked it with a fast look and said it was not mold but i think they are lying. then, i find sewage flies in the next room near my toothbrush and the fridge stopped work, my stuff got warm.

the rooms were kept PRISTINE, I must admit.
the club service operated from the hotel lobby lounge, I found this arrangement LESS than ideal. the space lacked the usual club environment, I expected all-day access to tea, coffee, and soft drinks, but the offer was reduced to afternoon tea and evening refreshments ONLY. this felt restrictive and not up to par with expectations.

My visit was really good. The staff was attentive. They helped with sunbeds by the pool and ensured splashed water didn't reach my belongings. Staff promptly removed towels when people left, guaranteeing available space. Breakfast offered a good experience, and the staff were readily available to assist with any requests.
Limited charging outlets in the room posed a minor inconvenience during my otherwise great stay.

The pool area features ample loungers to provide plenty of sun throughout the day. The well-equipped gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a shopping mall under the hotel, very convenient for basic needs.
